Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) focuses on creating solutions for the future problems of the client. In this approach, a structured map that contains various therapeutic skills and questions is used.
This training aims that mental health specialists obtain the skills of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and use it in their professional lives. That's why this training includes as much practice as the theories and principles of the Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
Also, in this training, special techniques that show how we can use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) with the symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma will be demonstrated.
This approach can be applied to children, teenagers, adults, and families.

Those who give service in the mental health field who graduated from the departments of Psychiatry, Psychology, Guidance and Psychological Counseling, Social Services and the students from the aforementioned departments can participate.

Who is Zeynep ZAT?
She received the education of advanced Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) with children, teenagers, adults, couples, families, and groups. She actively applies Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) on various problem fields combined with other approaches to individuals and groups.
She trained mental health professionals who work for the Ministry of Family and Social Policies and the Ministry of Justice.
With the approval of BRIEF LONDON, she continues to give Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) training internationally.
In 2019, she started to give psychotherapy services in London, at her own counseling center named Institute for Change along with her job as Psychologist, MSc and Project Coordinator at Behavioral Sciences Institute (tr. Davranış Bilimleri Enstitüsü).
